What to Expect

We are dedicated to providing the highest quality services, regardless of our patients’ ability to pay. We prioritize the health and hope of our fellow community members who do not have access to the care they deserve.

We schedule longer appointments than a traditional clinic, so that we can listen to and honor our patients’ stories, and create together a concrete plan of action to meet their needs. 

Our clinical results are outstanding. Through the talent and resources of our medical staff, we offer both primary care and six specialties onsite: endocrinology, gastroenterology, nutrition, optometry, orthopedics, and physical therapy. In addition, we partner with every possible resource to fill additional needs offsite.

  • You will have a quick COVID screening and your initial vitals will be taken.

  • In the exam room, you will meet with one of our clinicians for your scheduled appointment—preventive care, specialty care, or care for acute or chronic conditions. Many of our clinicians will be glad to pray with you if you desire.

  • You will have labs completed as needed for onsite review or processing via LabCorp. There is no additional cost for the labs. We also offer several vaccines!

  • At the front desk, you will schedule your next appointment and review your care plan for any questions. If needed, a staff member will work with you for prescription assistance, an eye exam, or an external referral.
